If you’re new to custom printed fabric (or new to us), this page will walk you through exactly how things work, what to expect, and how to shop with confidence.

What We Do

We create custom printed fabrics across a wide range of bases — from everyday apparel knits to bag-making favourites, vinyls, and specialty materials.

Everything is printed to order, which means:

• Less waste

• More creative freedom

• And the ability to offer designs you won’t find anywhere else (Yes, we have lots of completely exclusive artwork!)

What Is a Preorder?

A preorder means you’re ordering fabric before it’s printed.

Instead of holding huge amounts of stock, we:

1. Open a preorder window

2. Collect orders

3. Print only what’s been ordered

4. Ship once the fabric arrives and is cut

This keeps things sustainable and allows us to offer a much wider range of designs and bases.

Turnaround Time (The Important Bit!)

Our current turnaround time is:

6–8 weeks

This timeframe starts after the preorder closes, not from the day you place your order.

We always aim to be faster where possible — and we keep you updated every step of the way. 

How You’ll Be Kept in the Loop

You’ll receive:

• ✔ An order confirmation email

• ✔ Progress updates during the preorder (shared on our social media pages)

• ✔ Email updates if there are any hiccups or delays

• ✔ If you’re ever worrying — flick us a message or email. I’ll always get back to you with an update. Please never sit in your worries 🙏

• ✔ A shipping notification once your fabric is on its way

Many customers also choose to join our Facebook group for daily updates and sneak peeks — but you do not need Facebook to order or stay informed.

Returns & Colour Variations

Because all fabric is custom printed:

• We can’t accept returns for change of mind

• Small colour variations can occur due to screen differences

If there’s ever a fault or we’ve made a mistake with your order, we’ll absolutely make it right - so please do reach out 🙏
